Note to interested parties - The photos advertised in the portfolio are all Low resolution, 25MB Jpeg compressed uploads required by this Website vendor. Photos sold to clients will be High res, RAW uncompressed reproductions without skin, exposure, white balance or lighting issues as sometimes depicted in Low Res uploaded photos.

Pricing - Photo sessions and 360 Photo Booth Rental -

Photo Sessions -

A-la-cart Digital copies are 25.00 per photo, 5 for 100.00, and 10 for 150.00 which includes digital download, photo adjustments and copyright ownership. One hour photoshoot sessions on location include 40 high resolution photos and one change clothes for 250.00. A 50.00 non-refundable retainer at time of booking which can be used toward final costs of photos or session charge. Events or photoshoots over 1 hour are 50.00 hourly rate. Photoshoot sessions are one hour session minimum. Prices are subject to change at any time. The prices in effect at the time of your session will be valid for 30 days after your session.

360 Photo Booth Rental -

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to secure your date. The deposit goes toward the service fee and payment in full is due 24hrs. before scheduled event. In the event the full payment is not made 24hrs before event, the scheduled service will be canceled and the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited. Changing date of rental is subject to availability. Each event comes with one song and one overlay. Client has one week before event to decide. Any changes to song and overlay require a service fee of 50.00. This rental service is discounted if customer books event photo session. Pricing without discount is 500.00 for 2 hours and 700.00 for three hours. Service includes Photo Booth attendant, LED lighting, and IPAD display. Client will have to provide adequate space for photo booth equipment, roughly a 10X10 area that will include crowd control ropes and extra lighting.

Ordering Photo Prints -

Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Orders paid for by check will not be placed until the check has cleared. Each image is printed to order

and cannot be changed or canceled after payment has been made. All sales are final. Sales tax of 7% will be added to your total. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your photos.

Online Gallery

Approximately 7 days after your session your proofs will become available for you to view in an online, personal, password protected gallery. You will be able to pass on the gallery information to family and friends, so they may place their own orders. Please remember that it is a violation of federal copyright law to copy, save, or print the images within the gallery. The online gallery will be available for 14 days. there will be a 30.00 re-loading fee if you wish to have your gallery available for an additional 14 days.

Reprints

REDphotography keeps all images on file for 1 year after your initial order. There is a $100 minimum order on reprints. You may place a reprint order at any time.

Payment

REDphotography accepts cash, check, PayPal or any credit or debit card attached to a PayPal account. A fee of $30 will be charged for all returned checks. Payment plans are available for photo packages.

Copyright for all images is the sole property of REDphotography and protected by the Federal Copyright Law. It is illegal to copy, scan, print or reproduce these images in any way without written permission from the photographer.

Usage Rights

The photographer has the right to make reproductions. The photographer shall only make reproductions for the client or for use in the photographer's portfolio, advertising, samples, website and display within or outside their studio. The photographer also has the right to enter these images into photographic competitions, art exhibitions or publications.

Waiver of liability

No fees, royalties, or payment of any kind will be owed in connection with any usage made of any image captured or created by REDphotography. If the photographer cannot fulfill the terms stated in the portrait agreement, due to causes beyond the control of the parties involved, the client shall have no further liability in respect to the agreement. In the event that photographic materials are lost or damaged, without fault on the part of either party, the limitation will also apply. In such cases, REDphotography is not liable. The client release REDphotography from all liabilities, claims and damages that may result from any accidents or incidents the may happen during the session, except to the extent that the accident or incident is the direct cause of the photographer 's carless and willful conduct.

Artistic Selection

Many images are captured during the session. Afterwards, each image is put through a careful selection process. You will see only the images that meet the high standards of the photographer. Images with eyes closed, unflattering poses and duplicate images are removed permanently after the photographer completes this selection. process. The selection process is entirely the right of the photographer and part of the custom picture taking process.
